To follow on from last month’s “Happiness Dare”, this month we are going to explore ‘the Key to Peak Happiness, Thinking, and Health’ in Dr. Caroline Leaf’s book ‘Switch on Your Brain’.
In these interesting days that we find ourselves, in the midst of social distancing and self-isolation because of the covid-19, our thinking more than ever, has become vitally important to how well we navigate through.
This book promises to help us “switch” our brain to enable us to live a happier, healthier, and more enjoyable life. It includes a 21-Day Brain Detox plan that will guide us through the process of replacing our toxic thoughts with healthy ones, and hopefully, we will learn how to achieve our goals, get our thoughts under control and perhaps even become more intelligent.
