Juliet lives in the outer western suburbs of Melbourne with her husband Geoff and their three young adult daughters, Joanna, Mary and Beth. She is a registered nurse and health coach who has worked in general practice for the past 14 years, and has a keen interest in improving diabetes and other chronic illnesses through diet.
She has recently completed Honours in nursing research, focusing on the use of low carbohydrate diets for people with type 2 diabetes, and seeks to help people everywhere become free from the burden of diabetes and related conditions.
Juliet loves to worship and sing, and has served on the creative team in her local church for the past 6 years. Now that she’s finished her research thesis and is enjoying spare time again, she’s indulging in her favourite pastimes of crochet, reading, prayer journalling and writing. Her study is a riot of colour, with a bright blue desk and a shelf full of yarn, but that’s just how she likes it in this current season of life!
A new season is on its way though: with a new job and some more changes in the wings (including a dear daughter flying the nest, sob!), who knows what new lessons, challenges and amazing moves of God are coming next!
